Ann: Poorly. My score was so bad that I had to go to a school way out in Sanchung.
Ian: No wonder you're so worried about the TOEFL.
Ann: My first college entrance exam score was so low that I had to study at a cram school for a year and retake it.
Ian: What a bummer. You must have been depressed afterwards.
Ann: I was even on my period during all three of the exams. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't think straight.
